Our organic farm located in the historic farming region of Goleta, California specializes in the breeding of high-quality heirloom organic seeds. We also offer a wide variety of seasonal organic crops, including asian and thai specialty varieties. Our seed operation maintains over 600 varieties of heirloom seeds from around the world, and offers 70 varieties for sale through our gourmet seed collections. Edible Gardens is also proud to sponsor a variety of local educational programs which provide hands-on education and experiences to local students. We are committed to providing a venue for the education of the next generation of farmers. Edible Gardens is also provides community leadership on the local/state issues of genetically-modified seed.
