Our homemade Elderberry Jelly taste is similar to a cross between blackberries and blueberries. The berries grow wild on our farm in the Pacific Northwest. Folklore says the elderberry is used for its antioxidant activity, to lower cholesterol, to boost the immune system, to improve heart health and for coughs, colds and flu. Finally a jelly that is good for you and taste so good!
Our vegetables and berries are picked daily so we can pick them at their peak ripeness. I make the jelly in small batches the same day to ensure freshness. Our kitchen is inspected annually and licensed by the USDA.
