Elephant Garlic is milder tasting than regular garlic and stores extremely well.
We grow our vegetables without pesticides or herbicides and using composts and mulches for fertility.
Elephant garlic can be planted in the fall for early summer harvest.
We raise our animals on a small family farm. The sheep have access to pasture most of the time and are only fed grain and hay in extreme weather. We also raise turkeys and chickens who are outside on pasture in the summer/fall. We breed our own heritage turkeys and let them raise thier own babies when possible. We strive to keep our animals healthy and happy with as much freedom as possible while keeping them safe.
