Elephant Garlic is a milder tasting garlic that is really a leak rather than a true garlic.
It stores very well and is good baked, added to mashed potatoes or any other use for garlic.
An order consists of medium sized bulbs totaling a half a pound.
We raise our animals on a small family farm. The sheep have access to pasture most of the time and are only fed grain and hay in extreme weather. We also raise turkeys and chickens who are outside on pasture in the summer/fall. We breed our own heritage turkeys and let them raise thier own babies when possible. We strive to keep our animals healthy and happy with as much freedom as possible while keeping them safe.
