We are restoring an old heirloom orchard and planting heirloom varieties to create a gene and tasting "reservoir" of high mountain apple varieties. We use no synthetic chemicals and strive for a closed-system culture using some biodynamic principles for orchards and gardens. We are hosting an apple harvest and product development(apple butter, apple sauce, apple drying, canning and etc.) this October. Come join us!
