Underhill Farms is located in Central Kansas and is one of few elk and deer farms in Kansas. We are dedicated to the enviroment and to good health.... That's why you will find our fallow deer and Rocky Mountain Elk to be of superior quality. Less cholestral than skinless chicken and 1/2 the fat of beef.
