Emma's Farm is a multi-generation work in progress. The property was left to me by my grandmother (Edith M. Armstrong Scott) whose passion was gardening and food. Her enthusiasm guided me to pursue a degree in horticulture which has helped with the constant challenge of producing fruits and vegetables in the harsh south Texas environment.
Come visit our farm store located on 181 Bypass just north of Beeville. Open 7 days a week we offer farm fresh eggs from our free range happy chicks, fresh veggies and baked goods. We grow a wide variety of veggies so you just have to see what is in season.
Baked goods include our specialty blackberry or peach cobbler. Our cobblers are a true cobble from a recipe handed down through the generations. We also have a delicious array of farm cookies, bread, pies and other seasonal goodies. Don't miss our apple strudels available in November and December.
If you would like to stay with us we have a small Bed and Breakfast call for information
