We are a new grower to the farm fresh produce market. This will be our first season to provide quality produce to the public, but not the first year of production. Planned crops include sweet corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, cantaloupe, squash, okra, onions, garlic, and a variety of freshly grown and harvested herbs. A list of planted crops and varieties is forthcoming. Also, planned for late 2010 will be farm-raised freezer beef will be available for purchase by the quarter, half, or whole carcass.

I named this endeavor Emma's Farm Fresh Produce after my 20 month old daughter Emma, and the proceeds will directly benefit her college fund. I also operate under the philosophy that I will do things in a way that are safe and wholesome for her. So, if its not good for Emma, it will not be done.
