We raise and finish Angus based beef on pasture, without antibiotics or hormones. We provide free choice minerals, and natural methods of fly and parasite control. On occasion we have to treat wounds, which is done as unintrusively as possible. Our intent is to provide healthful, delicious beef for consumers interested in going an extra step in caring for their well-being. We are active in our membership in our local cattlemen's association as well as being a member of the South Carolina Cattlemen's Association. Our herd size is such that there may be times at which we don't have beef ready for processing. We offer retail cuts. Our processor is a government inspected facility, and the meat is vacuum sealed and frozen. We generally have the carcass dry-aged for two weeks. We have the ability to deliver frozen product (it must fit in a standard 15 cubic foot chest type freezer) within a reasonable distance.
