We are experienced gardeners from Eastern Europe and today are homegardeners on our 2 acre property for over 10 years. We specialize in rare varieties of old fashioned, heirloom tomatoes. All of our own produce grown organically. We never use herbicides, pesticides, any non-organic materials or metods on our soil and plants. But we are not able to be certified organic farmers since we are small gardeners. Also you can find in our garden many varieties of potatoes, beets, garlic (incl. "Siberian"), salad greens, beans, cilantro, different peppers, eggplants, onions, yellow Dutch shallots (Oh!), rainbow carrots. Especially we have most delicious pickling cucumbers (which is perfect for fresh salads too). They dissappear quikly at our local FarmMarket. Our little orchard provide abundant crop of sweet, tart cherries, peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, prunes, apples, pears, raspberries. We raise registered Katahdin Hair sheep. They are hardy, low maintenanse, adaptable, superior meat quality, parasite resistant, no shearing. Welcome to our little farm, and visit us at Eprata Farmers' Market.
