Led by Chef Alan Merhar, our kitchen works with the finest ingredients available on the market and stays true to sophisticated, seasonal, modern Midwestern cuisine, using clean and clear flavors. Whenever possible, ingredients are acquired from local growers and artisans. We have developed strong partnerships with several farms such as Goetz Greenhouse, Prochaska Farms in Macon, Pawson's in Clinton, Kapnick Orchards in Tecumseh, and many others throughout Lenawee County. The Evans Street menus naturally emphasize these seasonal ingredients and constantly evolove. One of the restaurant's main attractions is our exhibition kitchen, where visitors can stop by and get a bird's eye view of the chefs in action!
