Fermenting Sauerkraut & Mead with David Siller October 27th Ã¢?Â¢ 12-2pm Ã¢?Â¢ Registration Required Ã¢?Â¢ $35.00 Ã¢?Â¢ at the Greensgrow Community Kitchen at St. Michael's Church
Come learn the power of fermentation and find out how to make your own mead, pickles, sauerkraut, and much, much more! David Siller of Cobblestone Krautery will be leading you through this hands on workshop. Participants will make their own naturally fermented Sauerkraut, a herbal mead and experiment with other fermented products such as pickles, tempeh and yoghurt. Come learn, enjoy and sample finished artisanal fermented products.
Everyone will make a jar of kraut to take home!
