Our fruit butters workshop focuses a hands-on approach to learning how to create delicious apple, pear and persimmon fruit butters. We always like to go seasonal, and these three fruits are the stars of the fall and winter here in California.
You will learn basic recipes, plus a few delectable twists for spicing things up, while creating take-away gifts for the holidays. Each student leaves with three completed jars of home-made, seasonal, local, and organic fruit butters.
We will also learn how to design and print personalized labels as well as jazz up your gifts using natural wrappings and farmy fabrics. The instructor for this class will be Cynthia Sandberg.

Tuition for this workshop is $45, plus a $20 materials fee.
