Kitchen Holiday Hors d Oeuvres It's the beginning of the holiday party season, which means, its time to learn new recipes for tasty entertaining. In this class you will learn some fundamental cooking methods to prepare hors d' oeuvres in advance and finish them as the guests are arriving. Make your holiday entertaining easy and delight your guests this year by learning some great ideas and techniques. Chef Julie Levinson will teach us a variety of flavor packed seasonal hot and cold hors d' oeuvres, like- Truffled mushroom duxelle on a parsley crostini with goat cheese and roasted red pepper coulis Coconut shrimp topped with a honey lime chipotle drizzle Chicken and vegetable skewers with a peanut satay sauce Pan Seared artichokes with a gremolata and bread crumb topping Endive spears with blue cheese mousse toasted pecans and kirsch soaked dried cherries. Presentation can be just as important as flavor and we'll focus on unique and simple presentations that will impress your guests.
