Have fun learning to make all kinds of cheese! Every kind is made using a different method. Take home excellent directions and be ready to make your favorites at home!

SATURDAYS: Traditional cheddar, camembert/brie, swiss/alpine, and ricotta.

SUNDAYS: Feta, Blue Cheese, Traditional mozzarella (not the citric acid kind), and Ricotta.

Learn about pH, moisture level, correct curd textures, different methods of cheesemaking, salting, aging, use of your home milk, etc. Buy cheese making supplies at class to take home, but nothing to buy for class itself.

BRING YOUR LUNCH, no time to eat out.
