If breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, one should never settle for mediocrity. In this class, Chef Curtis will demonstrate how to master egg basics. Fluffy scrambles, perfect omelets, poaching and soft boiling will be a few of the egg basics that will be covered. We will also discuss tips and tricks for bacon perfection, and how to make light and airy homemade biscuits from scratch. Come join us and liven up your breakfast plate.
