Taking Reservations for Heritage Pork
We are taking reservations for whole or half pigs that will be ready for processing the end of March. After March 18th we will have individual cuts available. These pigs are purebred Gloucestershire Old Spots and have been raised on pasture. During the winter they get plenty of hay and are supplemented with locally grown grain. They still have access to their pasture space as well as a freshly bedded stall in the barn.
