Kitchen Intro to Charcuterie- Sausage Making Learn the craft of sausage making. In this handâ?™s on class, sausage expert Quentin Levy will cover meat selection, preparation and trim, for grinding. We will explore seasoning and proper mixing of the sausage meat along with learning how to handle sausage casings. Each student will get a turn using the sausage maker. We will taste some of the sausage meat we prepared in class and students will get to take home at least one sample of the sausages theyâ?™ve made. We will also pair the tasting with a hand crafted local hard cider. Come join us!!! Menu: Sweet Italian, Spicy Chorizo and Breakfast Sausages We will be using locally raised organic Fogline Farms Pork for this class. cost 80.00
