The Youth Farm (Brooklyn, NY)
2014 Spring/Summer Internship Program Youth Farm Interns assist Farmers in a variety of farm tasks: seed sowing and planting, bed preparation, irrigation and weeding, crop management and harvesting, post harvest handling and bouquet making, carpentry, data entry, community outreach and more! Hours: Minimum of 6 hours per week Time: Tuesdays 9am-3pm and/or Thursdays 9-3pm Season: April 29th- December 15th (Shorter internships available for special circumstances, but must be able to commit for at least 10 weeks) Interns are a vital part of our farm!
