Pork Processing Begins - USDA Inspected

First date of pork processing and delivery is on July 1, 2013. We will start processing for the first order on this date. Processing is limited to two pigs per week - first come, first served basis. On processing day we will pickup the fully processed and USDA-inspected pork from our abattoir of choice and deliver/dropoff to your residence or arranged dropoff location within 50 miles of Blue Ridge, GA.

Turkey Processing - USDA Inspected

Processing is scheduled for 11/18/2013 with our USDA inspected facility of choice. Pickup begins 9am 11/19/2013 at the farm, unclaimed turkeys will be frozen by late evening of 11/20. Turkeys are reserved as Tom or Hen on first-come, first served basis but package weight is chosen by the customer at the time of pickup.
