Ewephoric! Horned Dorset Sheep & Gifts

Ewephoric! was founded in1985 by husband and wife team, Gregg and Marlene Bell. The farm offers an exotic breed of sheep listed on the Conservancy Watch List due to few numbers of registrations of this breed each year. Horned Dorset Sheep are an ancient breed that lambs twice during the year. The ranch features lambs born from September through the month of March.

The flock consists of 50 head of Dorset Horned Sheep on 14 acres. Ewephoric! has had 3 national champions come from their flock in the past two years. They raise registered breeding stock sheep for replacements in existing flocks and start ups for beginners. Fresh organic lamb is also available cut and wrapped from the ranch. The owners are always looking to provide knowledge about their sheep and at times offer working positions to help with the day to day chores. Their Web site promotes the breed and provides a Sheep Tips section to help others raise sheep. A veterinarian is also available to ask questions of on the online site.

Marlene is an accomplished artist, photographer and author. She uses her sheep as subjects for her art and mail order business. Ewephoric! has a wide array of sheep related gifts available for the collector and enthusiast. Products are available for sale on their Web site only. Special arrangements may be made for a private showing of their products, but this is by appointment only. Ranch visits are welcome by appointment.
