All our livestock is raised the old fashion way: on free-range pasture that is not chemically treated. All our shelters are nicely bedded and hove no doors - the animals are allowed to come and go as they please. We do not add antibiotics or hormones to their feed. They are raised with a gentle and humane hand. They are given lots of space and allowed to engage in their natural behaviors with fresh air and sunshine. We do not feed GMO. We follow organic and humanely raised practices. We currently Belted Galloway Beef, Angus and Hereford Beef, Hampshire Pork, Berkshire Pork, Plymouth Barred Rock Chickens and Bourbon Red Turkeys. We sell in small and large quantities to suit your needs and storage capacity. We welcome questions and site visits. Site visits require an appointment. (815) 214-7420.
