Fall weather and pastures at our farm produce lamb that is exceptionally tender with delicious lamb flavor. The roasts at this time of year are larger and are perfect for holiday gatherings. Our standard package includes 2 Frenched Racks, thick cut loin chops (2 packages, 4 per package), two leg roasts (one bone-in and one boneless and split in half), two bone-in shoulder roasts, two lamb shanks cut Osso Bucco style, and approx. 3lbs ground lamb.
