Farm Kitchen is located on the 7.5 acre Day & Night Farm in Poulsbo, WA. It features a commercial rental kitchen, cooking & baking classes, event space rental and a Saturday Bakery. Providing local food people a collaborative environment in which they can build their businesses both locally and via internet marketing. It is developing as a dynamic resource and small business incubator for food producers, caterers, bakers,chefs, and farmers. Owner Hollis Fay, is a former bakery owner, farmer and computer technologies entrepreneur with a passion for growing local food and technology businesses in a sustainable community network.
