The FARM to FORK Mission
The mission of our FARM to FORK Dinners is to reconnect people to the true source of their food, to increase community awareness about the importance of supporting local & sustainable producers, to provide diners with an exceptional culinary experience, and to directly support local farmers and organizations that support small farms, food security, and greater accessibility to healthy, local food.
As such, our Dinners take place on the farms that sustain the food on your plate, and each evening begins with a Farm Tour led by the farmers who cultivate that land and who work tirelessly each day to provide local communities with good, clean and fair food.
Our Menus are inspired by the season's harvest and prepared by local chefs, making each FARM to FORK Dinner a unique opportunity to experience both the peak flavor of local ingredients, and the skill of local culinary artists.
The most essential element of FARM to FORK is that the proceeds from our Dinners are contributed directly to local farmers, and pro-food organizations. Our 2010 Dinners will support The Ashland-Talent Growers Collective, Rogue Valley Farm to School, and Friends of Family Farmers. Check out the 2010 Schedule to see which Dinners benefit which Causes.
