Farming remains a cornerstone in Wallingford, Connecticut as it links the past to the future. It has been shaped by generations of hard working farm families. Our family has been farming in Connecticut for five generations. Farmer Joe's Gardens is located on family land that has been a chicken farm, geese farm, turkey farm, and an apple orchard and is now growing vegetables and plants to continue the tradition.

Our mission is to share our delicious produce and gorgeous plants with a customer first attitude. We want every customer to feel valued and part of our community.

We offer heirloom varieties, produce, florist quality plants and solutions for beginners to professionals. We will open April 11th (weather dependent of course) to greet you with smile and an invitation to get to know your local farmer.
