We are a Micro Eco Farm in Poetry, Texas utilizing natural (uncertified organic), sustainable and permaculture techniques and specializing in heirloom varieties.
We grow naturally without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides. We grow a variety of vegetables and fruits including Asparagus, Blackberries, Heirloom Tomatoes, Tomatillos, Watermelon and other Melons, Peppers, Corn, Herbs, Peaches, Plums, Pears, Pomegranates, Figs, Pecans and more. We sell organic free range eggs year round.

Cactus Jellies and Jams are NOW LOWER SUGAR We also have assorted Basil Jelly and Herb infused cactus cooking sauces. These are great for slathering on meat for the grill or in dips with cream cheese. Our jellies are made with a low sugar pectin so they are much healthier for you. We use the highest quality and the most organic ingredients we can source for planting, growing, baking, pickling or fermenting. Springtime is time for greens. Spinach, Chard, Beets and Beet Greens, Mesclun!
