I grow my vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers according to Organic Standards, but I am not certified. I do not use GMO seeds. I believe in heathy foods, heathy soils and that a natural sustainable environment creates the best we can do for our foods, our animals, ourselves and our future. We raise layers chickens feeding them organic feeds, our organic vegetables, our grains that we raise and the chickens are free ranged all year long, providing the temperatures is above 16 -18 degrees. They are free to go in and out of their house and also into other shelters as they please. I am also raising heritgae hogs, Large Black Hogs and Red Wattles. These are rare breeds and are great hogs. They are also pastured raised. (more...)
