Lunch in a bag is a great collection of baby squash, onions, tomatoes and any variety of fresh cut basil, cilantro, other vegetables that makes a meal by itself. You might find a handful of okra or a smidgen of greenbeans to round out a great side dish or add meat and make it the main thang.
