Chillicothe Farmers' Market continues a tradition started in Ohio's first capital in 1803. On the first Saturday in May, local vendors gather at the Ross County Service Center on Western Ave. (Route 50 West) between 8:00 and noon for the beginning of Market Season. Our sales season runs from May through October.
Variety of local products,quality and friendly, helpful vendors have become trademarks of our Market. Seasonal fruits and vegetables which include a wide variety of chemical free and heirloom selections,locally grown annual and unique parennials,roses,natural beef and lamb,baked goods which range from Fudge Cakes to homemade noodles, whole grain muffins and breads to award winning dinner rolls fill our booths each week.
