Now accepting new farmer/vendor applications for the 2009 season!. We'd especially like to have some/more honey, fruit (all kinds), berries, potatoes, lima beans, egg plant, okra, cabbage, mushrooms, paw-paws, plants/perennials, nuts, garlis, onins, bok choi, kohlrabi, rhubarb, gooseberries, carrots, brussel sprouts, asparagus, parsnips, horsereadish, collard greens, chard. Spring brings strawberries, rhubarb, lettuces, onions, beef, pork, cheese, eggs, honey, potatoes, radishes, free-range chicken, maple syrup, organic herbs and spices, live herbs, alpaca fleece, fresh flowers, jams, jellies, fair trade coffee, pickles, natural soaps and lotions, handcrafted wooden bowlware, and a lot more.

Professional chefs give demonstrations Saturdays from 11 am - noon in the Clabber Girl Test Kitchen. $5 admission. Watch, learn, participate, and EAT! Have a "Square Donut", eat breakfast at the Saratoga, visit the Clabber Girl Museum, Children's Science & Tech. Museum, the Swope Art Museum and Arts Corridor galleries, Eugene Debs home, or catch a movie at the historic 1920's INDIANA THEATER. Shop at the Asian Market, Cocoa!, RiverWools, BookNation, and The Element Outdoor Outfitters.
