Monthly Saturday Block Parties provide an "extra" market every month, sometimes featuring Master Gardeners' "clinics." Artists and craftspeople show their work and are available for demonstrations during the Block Parties. Hand-thrown pottery, woodturning, spindling with Gulf Coast Native Sheep fleece, natural dyeing with local native plants, and hide tanning are some of the crafts that can be seen at a Saturday Block Party. Every Market Day features live acoustic music on the Platform.
