River Hills Farmers Market is entering our 19th year. We are open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday, starting March the 8th. We offer a variety of market items, from Heritage poultry to Heirloom vegetables. On any given Saturday you can find Welsummer chickens, fresh country eggs, honey, fresh baked goods, Royal Palm Turkeys, local fruits and vegetables. We host two noteworthy events, the first on Saturday, April 25th. Our Spring Family Farm 2009 Market Event. It features our largest farmers' market, a trade show, educational displays, heirloom poultry and livestock, a poultry show, veteran producers on site with stock for sale. There will be an auction of poultry, chicks, hatching eggs and supplies beginning at 1:00pm.

NEW LOCATION for our produce vendors, TROY CO-OP every Friday afternoon beginning MAY 2009 from 3:00pm till 6:00pm ( beginning week will be posted when we check with our growers at APRILS meeting). The regular bi-monthly 2nd and 4th Saturday market days are still held at SILEX's community park beginning MARCH 14th 2009.
