Fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, organic foods, smoked meats, cheeses, artwork, crafts, and more fill the state's largest producers-only market, Sundays, May 6-December 23, 8am-sellout (usually noon), underneath the Jones Falls Expressway at Holliday & Saratoga streets. The 30th annual Baltimore Farmers' Market offers the best deals on produce, herbs, flowers, fruit and more. New this season, the market has added many new concessionaires including a beef vendor. For the first time ever, shoppers can purchase sunflower sprouts, alfalfa/red clover sprouts, wheat grass, sprouted salad and pitas, Quinoa grains and more. Plus, throughout May and June, shoppers have the opportunity to ask master gardeners tips on how to create and maintain indoor and outdoor gardens.

Help us celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Baltimore Farmers' Market on Sunday, May 6! Festivities will include music from the Islanders Steel Band, cooking demonstrations by Chefs Jerry Pellegrino (of Cork's Restaurant) and John Shields (of Gertrude's Restaurant and author of may cookbooks), garden consultations by area Master Gardners, and cupcakes for all!
