Our restaurant features a seasonal and local menu. We change our menu daily to reflect what we can get from local farmers and what we grow on our onsite farm. We try and use the whole animal whenever possible and make all of our sauces, stocks, soups, pastas on site. The meats, cheeses and vegetables we serve come from sustainable and family farms in Washington and Saratoga County and our seafood is from sustainable fisheries. Our wine and beer list feature locally brewed beers and some of the best wines from New York State as well as an international selection, heavy on biodynamic and sustainable practices. We also offer a small CSA from our restaurant garden for pick up on site.
