At Oregon Wild Mushrooms(now known as OtterBee's Farm & Fungi), we harvest the best of the wild mushrooms: chanterelles, hedgehogs, yellowfoot chanterelles, black trumpets, matsutake, porcini , candy caps and morels. Harvesting follows the seasons and is completely dependent on the weather. We don't cultivate these delicacies...Mother Nature does! We practice sustainable wildcrafting methods to ensure quality crops of gourmet edible wild mushrooms for you.

Our main-season CSA and our winter "Holiday CSA" are available through our farm listing - OtterBee's Farm & Fungi. Plus you can purchase our dehydrated mushrooms and fruit at our Local Harvest store throughout the year.
