Farmstead producer of goat milk, classic chevre-style goat cheese, and mold-ripened goat cheeses. Valerie Davies and her family perform 100% of the process, from feeding to milking, from cheesemaking to packaging it's all done on the farm. Valerie's been featured on NH Chronicle (WMUR-TV) and NHPR in recent months. She will be featured in the upcoming book: The Atlas of American Artisan Cheese; and was filmed for the American Public Television series: The Endless Feast available through your local PBS station.
Her cheeses are distributed to selected area retailers and restaurants in New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Further information is available on the Heart Song Farm website.
