Blue Flax Farm has been in operation since 1994, though I took over from Marc and Julia in 2003. We are located east of Victor, and adjacent to the new green community development, Mountainside Village. Situated along a small creek at the base of the Tetons, this land presents us with gifts of sun, wind, water, wildlife and peace. We are blessed with rich deep soil and a warm microclimate. I am not certified organic. I believe, like many others that the term has been "industrialized", and choose to grow sustainable with enriching soil practices void of chemicals and other damaging "amendments". You can join Blue Flax in early spring and enjoy 16 weeks of nourishing vegetables and flowers. There are pick-up sites in Jackson, Wilson, and the farm in Teton Valley. Thank you for supporting local agriculture.
