Zanjabil Gardens is a 6.1 acre vegetable farm using biointensive organic methods (currently transitioning to certified organic). Zanjabil Garden is organized as a CSA, but also supplies local schools, restaurants and organic grocery stores. All of our produce is grown using only open pollinated certified organic seeds under organic mulch, row tunnels, with drip irrigation and vegetable based compost. We use cover crops to prevent soil erosion and to enhance the soil.
