collard greens, turnip greens, mustard greens, kale, leeks, turnips, water cress, apples, garlic, mint, potatoes, sweet potatoes and homemade jams, jellies and relishes. Summer: Okra, corn, beans, beets, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, peppers, watermelon, cantaloupes, blueberries, blackberries bitter melon (Goya), Hechema (Luffa Sponge) and heirloom vegetables and fruits.
