Honey is available year round by internet purchase. Produced by hard-working cowgirl bees, the honey is from the river valley area of Knight's Ferry, Modesto and Oakdale CA (Cowboy/girl capital of the world). Predominant nectar is from blackberry, thistle and clover. Comb honey is produced directly into food grade containers in the hives by the bees. Liquid honey is raw and lightly filtered. Enjoy this sweet old-fashioned treat in your favorite recipes. It also makes a great stocking stuffer. (more...)
