Our small farm is located in the southwest region of Montana. Our family of four is working hard to live in harmony with nature as we seek to encourage others to eat both seasonally and locally. All of our garden produce is grown beyond the organic principles. We make herbal tea blends and are moving into prepared foods for farmer's market this year. It is our goal to use heritage breeds of livestock and heirloom seeds as much as we are able. Livestock include Cupcake and Tulip ,our grass fed milk cows, a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats, Shetland sheep, a flock of 30 chickens. Seasonally we also raise pigs, and turkeys. We have a few horses that we use to patrol the property to discourage predators, as well as move livestock.
This year we hope to train Henry, our Haflinger, to plow our upper field..
