Carlton Farms

Thank you for your interest in Carlton Farms. We are excited to tell you a bit about ourselves.

We are a small family farm located in Unionville, Tennessee (near Shelbyville - Walking Horse Capitol of the World). In addition to farming, we both work full time jobs away from home. This makes our CSA small compared to some, but we feel that gives us the chance to meet and get to know our members.

We grow a wide variety of seasonal vegetables using organic methods. What we have depends on the season and the moods of the weather. You can expect to find a variety of greens in the early boxes along with some of the cooler weather crops.
