The faculty and staff of the Berea College Agriculture and Natural Resources Department strive to provide students with a high quality hands-on educational experiences both in the classroom, laboratory, and in practical application on the college farm. Through our extensive labor program, students work on every aspect of a viable agriculture business from animal husbandry and horticulture to direct marketing products on an online store and interacting with a local customer base.

Farmers' Market   

Schedule and Location:
You may place an order for Berea College Farm products anytime on the online store. Orders may be placed up until noon on market days for pick-up that day:

The Berea Farmers Market is located at the Promenade Gallery Greenspace on College Square May-November on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4:30-7 pm. During the winter months the market is located in the Goldthwait Agriculture building at 230 N. Main St on Tuesdays from 4-6 pm.

Berea College Farm serves as a laboratory to provide students with practical learning experiences while engaging them in enterprises that model sustainable agriculture techniques; decreasing fossil fuel dependence, increasing ecological responsibility and implementing new sustainable agriculture businesses. You can support the educational endeavors and hard labors of these students while you enjoy the high quality products of their farming efforts.
