Located in Snow Camp, N.C., Cane Creek Farm is a heritage breed pork farm run by Eliza MacClean. Specializing in Ossabaw pork, a heirloom breed native to Georgia and descendant from the famous Iberico pigs of Spain, the farm also produces heirloom chickens and eggs and a wide range of vegtables and herbs in summer. We also offer grass-fed beef in cooperation with Wells Branch Farm / Braeburn Farm. The farm specializes in Pasture Raised Heirloom Breed pork and is owned and operated by farmer Eliza MacLean with help from her eight year old twins, Enid and Quinn. Cane Creek is known locally and nationally for its humane treatment of animals and high standard meat. We are endorsed by the Animal Welfare Institute.
