In the near future, Eric's sister, Sarah, will be joining us on the farm to grow Christmas trees and to start other new, sustainable enterprises.
By purchasing a "share" at the beginning of the season, the shareholders provide financial support for a local farm. We then provide a share of the farm's harvest to each member of the CSA for a significant discount. The amount of food each week varies as the harvest varies.
We will include fresh produce and, most weeks, a bouquet of fresh cut flowers. We hope to have a good strawberry crop this year also. We will provide you with the best and freshest food we grow!
Our season lasts 18 weeks from the second week in June to the second week in October. New in 2008 is our winter CSA with five pick-ups from October-December. We also have other products available from our farm and other local farmers and producers including fresh eggs, chicken, beef, goat cheese, fresh bagels, pies, and home canned goods. These products are all available as shares.
We offer FREE delivery to a central drop location. We also offer pack and delivery to private homes or offices for members who can't make it to the farm or the drop spot each week for a small additional fee.
