Just North of downtown Springfield, in Sherman, you will find our family farm. We specialize pastured chickens, Pastured Pork and Premium Highland Grass Fed Beef. Poultry is available May through November. Our chickens are fed only 100% certified organic feed: No GMO feed, antibiotics, hormones or steroids! Taste the difference sunshine and natural feed makes! Our Beef is available in the Fall and Winter. Fresh eggs are also available daily with a reservation. Fresh pork from heritage breed pigs on pasture is available in late Spring and late Fall. Call for more information or to get on our Spring mailing list for chicken, beef and pork ordering deadlines. Information regarding our herd- share agreements for 2008 are available directly from our farm.
