New for 2009, we will be producing Lion's Mane mushrooms year round as well as offering hormone and antibiotic-free rabbit meat.

We grow our mushrooms in a climate controlled facility so that we may harvest year round. We grow Shiitake mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms, and Lions' Mane mushrooms. The Lions' Mane are also called Pom Pom and have the texture and taste of lobster meat - YUM!
