New Market Garden now open. Pastured Eggs are now available. This means that the hens are living on pasture, with grass and other vegetation and bugs for them to eat. They get moved daily for fresh pasture. In the future, we will have a variety of produce, which will vary through the season. We also plan for 2010 to have Pastured Chevon, Pastured chicken and in the Fall, in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas, Pastured Turkeys. We are now open to the public. Our hours vary, so if you are coming from very far, you are advised to call first to be sure we open when you arrive.
Our only product currently available are fresh eggs from pastured hens.
