The benefit of this system is that when time comes to transport them for processing, they are generally very calm. No antibiotics, steroids, or hormones are ever used.
All processing is done at a small family owned and operated shop that has a USDA inspection. Everything is vac-packed, labled, weighed, dated and fresh frozen.
